Chris Brown buys Rihanna ring worth $50,000

Los Angeles (PTI): Giving strength to rumours that Rihanna and Chris Brown tied the knot in Miami, a new report has emerged that the 19-year-old Brown gifted a diamond ring worth $50,000 to the singer.

While neither Chris Brown nor Rihanna has commented on the circulating reports, Radar Online claims in an exclusive report on it's website that Brown spent some big money purchasing a ring for his girlfriend at Van Cleef & Arpels in Bal Harbour, Florida, soon after they got back together at rap mogul Sean Comb's mansion in Miami.

He reportedly presented the ring to her before the two headed back to LA on March 1, only to add fuel to the persistent wedding speculation.

The couple who have been in news for all the wrong reasons, after Brown was charged for allegedly assaulting 21-year old Rihanna, had separated after the incident, only to get together barely three weeks after.

The reconciliation did not go well with many of Rihanna's fans and celebrity friends who warned her of a repeat performance of the February 8 episode, which left her with a bruised face.
